A trip to Port Royal SC in order to tour El Galeón, a replica 1500’s cargo ship. It was only here for about 10 days and we found out about just the other day. Some things just can’t be planned. Go see what you find. Oh, what a fine find!

Day at the Airfield
Spent a part of the day at a small local event. The 8th annual Wings-n-Wheels of Walterboro SC. There was even a group of men from Tuskegee Airmen Memorial there on site to share a part of history.
South Carolina
While John worked today, I packed a lunch then coerced the Littles in the truck and drove us to the Edisto Beach, South Carolina over an hour away. Crazy, but mostly straight, two lane highways most of the way. We must have passed 150 churches in that 50 mile trip.
Kinda sad it took 6 weeks of Florida and half a week in South Carolina to finally see the Atlantic Ocean but now we’ve done it!
The Littles picked tons of shells and loaded their pockets. Some of the booty was left behind in our beach art.
On they way home we stopped off at a farm stand market and bought some veggies and a chocolate pie made from the farmer’s mother’s recipe. They have a family owned restaurant and they bake and can yummies to sell.
Life of a Homeschooler

Today’s post comes from the playground at our new RV park home in South Carolina. Why is it that all rules require children need to be accompanied and supervised but there are no benches or chairs?
What are these things on my legs? I forgot what pants felt like!
Moving House
After Disney we moved to Wekiva Falls RV resort in Sorrento Florida so we could still see more stuff in the Orlando area.
Having the big spring to play in everyday, the other fulltime kids in the park to frolic with and enjoying mostly beautiful weather in March.
I would have been happier without all the no-see-ums, chiggers and fire ants.
