Unnecessary “Quotes”

There are a staggering number of unnecessary quotes in the assorted writings presented from the instructors and educators that are new or struggling with this new-fangled “interwebz” thing.

Adds a whole new meaning and entertainment to the writer’s message.

You’re welcome.
